Bug Out was my pest control for years and years, like probably 30+ years, including the time it was owned by Smith Pest Control.
I chose to switch to a DIFFERENT exterminator from Bug Out, because I guess the sales guy pulled me in by saying they use only environmentally friendly products, blah, blah, blah.
After almost a year of the new service I am seeing medium-sized cock roaches now and then after seeing virtually NONE over the years I had Smith (which was bought out by Bug Out).
I regret my decision and am considering switching back to Bug Out. After trying 11! different phone numbers for Bug Out online with English on the page NOT ONE of all those numbers answers in English. I randomly pressed "uno" trying to get thru, then "dos" and "tres" all the way to "cinco." But nothing in English, ONLY SPANISH! I don't speak Spanish, so if Bug Out sees this, please email me the correct number!!! Thank you!

I experienced excellent service with the person who came out to treat my home, David Wills. He went above and beyond in being thorough and professional, and has expert knowledge of regional pest control. On top of all this he is sincerely friendly, helpful, and puts his heart into his work. He is a class act. I will absolutely have him come out again.

My technician is a gentleman named Roy. In the past, I’ve had many technicians, but I have never had someone so professional that takes such pride in his job! It goes without saying, but in the over a year that he has been my technician we’ve had no bugs. He’s thorough, he checks in with me to see if I need anything and he just does ann all around fantastic job.As long as he’s with Buggout, I’m with Buggout!

Barry always does a great job addressing all of my pest control issues.

Mike was very thorough and one places Prior technicians did not. He found a dead mouse stuck to a glue board. Very happy with this level of detail and Customer Service.
